Al-Manal Association Launches a Training Center for Fashion Design, Clothing Manufacturing, and Handicrafts
As part of its ongoing efforts to empower women and enhance economic participation, Al-Manal Association has inaugurated a specialized training center in fashion design, clothing manufacturing, and handicrafts such as embroidery, crochet, and glass painting. This initiative falls within the activities of the project “Enhancing Economic Opportunities and Sustainable Livelihoods for the Most Vulnerable Groups in the Gaza Strip”, generously funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.
The center aims to develop the skills of women and girls in design, sewing, and artisanal production, thereby enhancing their ability to access the labor market or launch their own projects. It also contributes to supporting the local economy and achieving economic sustainability for vulnerable groups.
