A delegation from the “Himmat Watan” initiative visits the Al-Manal Association for Rural Women’s Development in Gaza

Deir al-Balah – As part of strengthening cooperation between civil society organizations, a delegation from the “Himmat Watan” initiative visited the Al-Manal Association for Rural Women’s Development at its headquarters in Gaza City this morning. The delegation was headed by Mr. Tayseer Abu Hamad, Director of the association’s office in the Gaza Strip, and was received by the association’s Executive Director, Mr. Mahmoud Abu Musabah. Abu Musabah welcomed the visiting delegation, appreciating this visit, which reflects the spirit of integration and coordination between institutions operating in the humanitarian and development sectors. He emphasized that the Al-Manal Association for Rural Women’s Development places the utmost importance on cooperating with all civil society organizations to serve our people and alleviate their suffering in light of the difficult economic and social conditions facing the Gaza Strip. Abu Musabah also reviewed the most prominent projects and activities implemented by the association in the areas of women’s empowerment, supporting poor families, and contributing to the development of rural communities, highlighting the association’s successes over the past years. For his part, Tayseer Abu Hamam conveyed the greetings of Dr. Zaher Al-Hajjawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Himmat Watan Association, praising the significant efforts made by Al-Manal Association in serving the Palestinian community, particularly in supporting and empowering women in marginalized areas.

Abu Hamam emphasized the importance of strengthening relations and building strategic partnerships between the two associations, which would contribute to developing joint programs and implementing sustainable development initiatives that serve all segments of society.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of continued communication and coordination to enhance the effectiveness of their work.
